Sacramento council considers Kings arena deal (Yahoo! Sports)

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Sacramento's City Council is scheduled to consider a wide-ranging deal Tuesday night that's designed to finance a new arena and keep the NBA's Kings from moving to Seattle.
