Noah to sit out Bulls' game against Raptors (Yahoo! Sports)

DEERFIELD, Ill. (AP) -- Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah will miss Tuesday's game against the Toronto Raptors because of plantar fasciitis in his right foot.
