DeRozan helps Raptors hold off Bulls 101-98 (Yahoo! Sports)

CHICAGO (AP) -- DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points, Rudy Gay added 19 and the Toronto Raptors beat the Chicago Bulls 101-98 on Tuesday night.
