SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Manu Ginobili scored 17 points, Tim Duncan had 16 points and 11 rebounds, and the San Antonio Spurs routed the Detroit Pistons 114-75 on Sunday night despite playing without All-Star point guard Tony Parker.
