Haslem out of Heat lineup against Thunder (Yahoo! Sports)

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Starting forward Udonis Haslem did not travel with the Miami Heat for their game Thursday night at Oklahoma City so he could get treatment for a lower leg contusion.
