Westbrook leads Thunder past Raptors 108-88 (Yahoo! Sports)

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Russell Westbrook shrugged off a sore shoulder to score 19 points and the Oklahoma City Thunder cruised past the Toronto Raptors 108-88 on Tuesday night.
