Sessions lifts Bobcats past Raptors 98-97 (Yahoo! Sports)

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Ramon Sessions hit a 16-footer with 28 seconds left and the Charlotte Bobcats made a late defensive stand to beat the Toronto Raptors 98-97 Wednesday night for their fifth win in the past six games.
