Durant, Westbrook help Thunder win in Tulsa (Yahoo! Sports)

TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Kevin Durant scored 22 points, Russell Westbrook added 18 and the Oklahoma City Thunder treated a sellout crowd of 18,233 in Tulsa to a 107-97 exhibition victory over the Phoenix Suns on Friday night.
