Brewer scores 24 for Nuggets in preseason opener (Yahoo! Sports)

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Corey Brewer scored 24 points and the Denver Nuggets beat the San Antonio Spurs 97-91 Friday night in the preseason opener for both teams.
