Parker leads French to 3rd straight Olympic win (Yahoo! Sports)

LONDON (AP) -- Tony Parker scored 22 points and Nicolas Batum added 19, leading France past Tunisia 73-69 on Saturday for its third straight victory in Olympic basketball.
