Technical rescinded, Kings' Cousins to play (Yahoo! Sports)

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Kings center DeMarcus Cousins will be allowed to play for Sacramento against Oklahoma City on Tuesday night after the NBA rescinded one of his technical fouls.
