Spurs lock up West's top seed with rout of Blazers (Yahoo! Sports)

SAN ANTONIO (AP) Tim Duncan scored 18 points and the San Antonio Spurs clinched the top playoff spot in the Western Conference and pushed their win streak to eight, beating the Portland Trail Blazers 124-89 on Monday night.
