LeBron James introduces rookie Norris Cole to Jay-Z after a Heat win (VIDEO)

Miami Heat rookie Norris Cole has had a rough go of things of late. Though the Cleveland State product acquitted himself well in the first few weeks of the Heat's championship-hopeful season, he's fallen off severely in March and April, shooting 31 percent over his team's last 25 games. Possibly inspired by the rookie's slumping ways, Heat All-Star LeBron James decided to introduce Cole to World Famous Rapper Guy (and part-New Jersey Nets owner) Jay-Z following the Heat's win on Monday night. Watch, via TBJ:

Smooth move, LeBron, especially after scoring the final 17 points in Miami's comeback win over the Netsies. And if you ever want to introduce me to ex-Small Faces and Faces drummer (and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer) Kenney Jones, I'll write, like, 99 good things about you. Pretty sure that's the name of a Jay-Z rap.
