Manu Ginobili scored 20 points, Kawhi Leonard had 19 and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 117-112 on Wednesday night for their sixth straight victory. Tim Duncan added 18 points and eight rebounds for San Antonio, Gary Neal scored 13 points, and Tony Parker had 10 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds.
