ATLANTA (AP) Josh Smith scored 13 of his 30 points in the fourth quarter, Jeff Teague added 16 points and the Atlanta Hawks snapped Oklahoma City's seven-game winning streak with a 97-90 victory over the Thunder on Saturday night.
