The Denver Nuggets have waived center Ronny Turiaf, who was acquired Thursday in a three-team trade with the Washington Wizards and Los Angeles Clippers. The Nuggets sent the talented yet often-injured Nene to Washington in the deal, with the Wizards shipping JaVale McGee and Turiaf to Denver and Nick Young to the Los Angeles Clippers.
