Rondo hurt as Celtics end 5-game slide (AP)

Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan (10) watches as Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett (5), guard E'Twaun Moore (55) and forward Brandon Bass (30) celebrate during the fourth quarter in an NBA basketball game in Boston, Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. The Celtics won 96-73.

Rajon Rondo scored 13 of his 21 points in the first quarter and the Boston Celtics ended a five-game losing streak with a 96-73 win over the reeling Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night. Rondo was knocked out of the game with a sore right wrist after being leveled on a flagrant foul by Linus Kleiza late in the third quarter, but the Celtics were just fine without him.
