Pacers make offer to Hansbrough, introduce Hill (Yahoo! Sports)

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- The Indiana Pacers started free agency by announcing they have made a qualifying offer to backup forward Tyler Hansbrough and were starting the task of re-signing David West.
