First-round pick Lucas “Bebe” Nogueira puts his draft cap on his giant hair, makes fans (Video)

With the 16th pick of the 2013 NBA Draft, the Boston Celtics selected Brazilian big man Lucas "Bebe" Nogueira, a 20-year-old project with excellent athleticism and nascent offensive skills. The Celtics won't keep him — Yahoo!'s own Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the pick will go from Boston to Dallas to Atlanta (phew!) — but there are many people with hopes for Nogueira's career.

Of course, that's not the story here. The story is that Nogueira has giant, amazing hair, and that as an attending draft pick he had to put on a Celtics hat to meet NBA commissioner David Stern. As you can see in the video above (via Reddit), the result was spectacular.

Nogueira is not the first player to put his draft cap on over excessively large hair — remember Joakim Noah in 2007 and Robin Lopez in 2008 — but he may now be the most memorable. For his sake, let's hope he makes his name on the court, as well.
