Memphis’ Gasol wins NBA defensive player honors (Yahoo! Sports)

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Grizzlies center Marc Gasol has won his first NBA Defensive Player of the Year award after anchoring the league's stingiest defense.
