Bulls beat Wizards to lock up No. 5 seed in East (Yahoo! Sports)

CHICAGO (AP) -- Carlos Boozer had 19 points and 15 rebounds to help the Chicago Bulls clinch the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 95-92 win over the Washington Wizards in the regular-season finale Wednesday night.
