Pacers' Granger having season-ending knee surgery (Yahoo! Sports)

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- The Indiana Pacers say Danny Granger will have left knee surgery and miss the rest of the season, leaving them without one of their best offensive players for the postseason.
