Grizzlies overcome slow start to defeat Cavaliers (Yahoo! Sports)

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol scored 19 points each and the Memphis Grizzlies overcame a lethargic performance to escape with an 84-78 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.
